Compass Group USA's Restaurant Associates is seeking a Senior Cook to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The full-time position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and requires at least five years of culinary experience.
The role focuses on preparing nutritious, flavorful meals following established recipes and safety standards. As a senior cook, you may oversee cooking activities, maintain production records, and support cross-training of staff while adhering to HACCP and health
Qualifications
- Five years of culinary experience required.
- Full-time schedule - Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Location: JPMorgan Chase - Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
- Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
- Store, label and date food items per policy; maintain organized storage.
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
- Maintain daily production records and complete required documentation.
- Assist in cross-training of employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
