Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produces small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May oversee production staff and train/assign tasks.
• Attend shifts on time and with regularity.
• Other duties as needed based on client requirements.
