Job summary

Morrison Living in Durham, NC is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SENIOR COOK positions. Schedule: 5:00 am -1:30 pm, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, rotating days and weekends. 2 years of prior batch cooking experience required.

You will prepare meals, follow HACCP guidelines, maintain production records, and assist in training teammates. We offer a robust benefits package and a fun team environment as part of Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Requirement: 2 years of prior batch cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Oversees cooking activities as assigned by supervisor.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Maintains daily production records and completes required documentation.
• Assists in cross-training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
