Job summary

Morrison Living in Durham, NC is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions. Location: Croasdaile Village, 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway. Schedule includes 9:30 am - 6:00 pm or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm with rotating days and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior cooking experience required.
• Full-time and part-time schedules with rotating shifts (9:30 am–6:00 pm or 11:30 am–8:00 pm).
• Location: Croasdaile Village, Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery ensuring correct portioning, temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains clean and organized kitchen, stores or discards excess food per safe-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports maintenance needs.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
