Job summary

Morrison Living in Durham, NC seeks a Senior Cook to prepare nutritious, flavorful meals in a hospital-like setting for our residents. Full-time and part-time shifts include 5:00 am - 1:30 pm and other rotating daytime hours, with a $18.00–$20.00 hourly pay and a $300 sign-on bonus.

• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assists in the cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Location: Croasdaile Village - 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, NC 27705.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. 5:00 am -1:30 pm, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, rotating days and weekends. Further details upon interview.
