Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May oversee production staff and train assignees.
• Arrive on time and as scheduled; duties may vary by account.
