• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
• Follow complex recipes and product directions
• Produce small to large batch goodsusing classical and contemporary cooking techniques
• May oversee production staff and train/assign tasks
• Attend shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties as assigned per client requirements
