Qualifications

• 4+ years of related kitchen experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and focused on a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May supervise production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties as needed per business requirements.
