SodexoMagic is seeking a Senior Cook at DELAWARE STATE UNIVERSITY. You will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality food and reducing waste while keeping customer service at the forefront of every interaction.

You will prepare a variety of menu items across meals, follow recipes, and support production staff. The role requires dependability, teamwork, and a passion for quality dining services.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques.
• Oversee production staff and train/assign tasks as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties as required by business needs.
