Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking cooks at our Honolulu, HI location to prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for Kupuna. You will support all kitchen and dining activities and ensure meal quality and adherence to special diets, while maintaining sanitation of food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service, and compliance with special diets.
• Breakdown and sanitize food service locations and equipment.
