Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in corrugated or packaging manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop frontline supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Own converting department safety culture and ensure safe work practices.
• Lead and coach supervisors; conduct biweekly one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Review shift reports, monitor KPI trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Drive department MSF output, uptime, and makeready targets across all shifts.
• Coordinate with maintenance for PMs and downtime investigations.
• Present department performance in daily operations meetings and weekly summaries.
