Job summary

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of manufacturing experience in corrugated packaging.
- Supervisory or management experience overseeing converting operations.
- Knowledge of corrugated converting equipment and finishing operations.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement principles.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all converting operations across equipment types.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff.
- Ensure production schedules meet delivery and quality goals.
- Monitor KPIs like safety, productivity, waste, downtime, and OEE.
- Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to optimize preventive maintenance.
