Job summary

ND Paper in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a Corrugator Superintendent to lead the single corrugator line across day, evening, and night shifts. This role oversees output quality, crew performance, and coordination with maintenance and converting teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

You will own KPI improvements, drive safety culture, and ensure adherence to plant policies and standards while mentoring crew leads and identifying operators for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corrugated box or packaging manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience supervising multi-shift hourly teams.
• Working knowledge of corrugator mechanics and board quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor corrugator operations across all shifts to meet schedule targets.
• Maintain corrugator OEE by improving availability, performance, quality.
• Ensure accurate shift handoffs and logs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and converting operations.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure PPE, lockout/tagout compliance.
