Responsibilities

• Create world-class, user-centered conversation design definitions and specifications.
• Translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements.
• Design architecture and interaction flow of conversation experiences, including multi-turn dialogues and error handling.
• Write and iterate on prompts, persona definitions, and starter prompts for Alexa+ behavior.
• Develop and maintain design specs and documentation for implementation.
