Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Conversational AI Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering background, specializing in LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise AI applications. You will drive strategy, architecture, and engineering standards for scalable, secure conversational systems and reusable AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, SE, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale conversational AI products in production.
• Deep expertise with modern LLM APIs and models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Llama, Mistral).
• Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Strong Python programming and scalable backend/API skills.
• Experience implementing RAG, embeddings, and AI orchestration pipelines.
• Strong AI governance, monitoring, and observability knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale conversational AI apps powered by LLMs.
• Define prompt engineering standards and reusable libraries.
• Architect agentic AI workflows and tool orchestration incl. RAG.
• Build evaluators for prompt quality, latency, and UX.
• Develop reusable SDKs and developer tooling for teams.
• Collaborate with product, researchers, and engineers to ship production AI.
• Ensure AI safety, governance, and compliance in deployments.
• Optimize LLM performance and inference efficiency.
• Mentor engineers on AI architecture, testing, and monitoring.
• Evaluate new LLMs and agent frameworks for platform growth.
