Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale conversational AI applications powered by LLMs.
• Define prompt engineering standards, reusable libraries, and best practices for enterprise AI.
• Architect agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, tool orchestration, and RAG solutions.
• Build scalable evaluation frameworks for prompt quality, latency, and user experience.
• Develop reusable SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling for AI platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver production AI solutions.
• Implement safety, governance, and compliance practices for enterprise deployments.
• Optimize LLM performance, inference efficiency, and orchestration pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards for AI architecture and testing.
• Evaluate emerging LLMs and technologies to drive platform improvements.
