Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant in Conversational Design to design user experiences for Virtual Agents and lead end-to-end client engagements. You’ll mentor peers, improve processes, and scale practices across managed and professional services spaces.

You will collaborate with clients to understand capabilities, identify high-value use cases, deploy agents in Vonage AI Studio, and guide projects through their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Conversation Design or similar field.
• Native-level English, spoken and written.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Experience leading a global remote team.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering and publishing multiple Virtual Agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex Virtual Agents using Vonage AI Studio.
• Lead solution design for challenging customer use cases across voice and text.
• Collaborate with product, solutions, and customer apps teams to shape conversations.
• Own quality and consistency of conversation scripts aligned with brand.
• Lead copywriting for new dialogue flows and maintain content standards.
• Create and review prototypes, mockups, and flow diagrams.
• Partner with engineering to define scope and resolve design challenges.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability.
• Provide mentorship to other Conversation Designers.
• Manage multiple complex projects and senior stakeholders.
