Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate and oversee hotel events at the Scottsdale property. You will manage pre-event, event, and post-event phases, working with group sales, catering, and hotel departments to ensure seamless turnover and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes sales opportunities, program detail, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel catering and rooms experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership in coordinating events and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, upsell and detail client programs including space, times, equipment, menus and decor.
• Coordinate with group sales, catering sales, and hotel departments for seamless events.
• Manage group room blocks and meeting space for assigned groups.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings and facilitate Banquet Event Order discussions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service across all event phases.
• Monitor budgets to maximize revenues and minimize expenses while delivering quality.
