Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clients, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve meeting planner satisfaction scores, revenue goals, and F&B targets.
• Solicit business through calls, tours, and client entertainment.
• Monitor trends in the market segment and adjust strategies.
• Ensure accurate delivery of banquet event orders and client communications.
• Build relationships with clients and local community to generate business.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to meet revenue and event goals.
• Provide timely reports on event outcomes and feedback.
