The role requires at least 2 years in event or hotel management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software; flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, hotel management, or convention center operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of event planning, food and beverage management, and convention services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve meeting planner satisfaction scores, revenue goals, and food/beverage targets.
• Conduct solicitations, property tours, and client entertainment to secure business.
• Monitor trends within the market segment and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely banquet event orders and communicate changes to departments.
