Qualifications

2+ years of experience in event management, hotel management, or convention center operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of event planning, food and beverage management, and convention services.

Responsibilities

Achieve meeting planner satisfaction scores, revenue goals, and f&b targets.
Conduct solicitation calls, property tours, and client entertainment to secure business.
Monitor trends within the assigned market segment and adjust strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of banquet event orders and communicate changes to departments.
Build relationships with clients and vendors to generate repeat business.
