The Convention Services Manager is responsible for achieving assigned event revenue and satisfaction goals by effectively servicing clients and managing food and beverage minimums. This role ensures the smooth execution of conventions and events while working with the Director of Sales to meet the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Primarily indoor work with frequent walking, standing, and lifting of objects up to 20 lbs. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of scheduled events.
