Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to coordinate and service all logistics for assigned group bookings from initial contact through departure, ensuring client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Group Account sales managers and hotel operations, conduct pre-convention meetings, manage invoicing and billing, arrange transportation, and share group resumes with departments two weeks before arrival.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of hotel sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Ivvy, Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver’s license required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and service all logistics of assigned group from booking to departure.
• Establish expectations with each Group Account sales manager.
• Initiate client correspondence with intro letter, agenda, and pertinent info.
• Conduct pre-convention meetings with planner and hotel dept. reps.
• Maintain regular client contact and confirm changes in writing.
• Review and update contract information in Delphi PMS.
