Qualifications

• 5+ years in CPG sales or key account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with Circana syndicated data and Power BI.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute U.S. Convenience channel strategy to drive profitable sales growth across national retailers and distributor partners.
• Identify growth opportunities through distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and market analysis.
• Develop customer-specific promotional plans and commercialization strategies; support launches.
• Lead joint business planning, planogram reviews, and pricing discussions with broker coordination.
• Own sales forecasting, new item setup, issue resolution, and day-to-day account management.
• Manage trade spend, post-promotion reconciliation, and ROI analysis.
• Monitor performance and forecasting; improve reporting and SOPs.
• Represent 1440 Foods at industry trade shows and events.
