Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. seeks an experienced Controls Construction Technician III to install, program, test, calibrate, operate, and repair control systems, including software, hardware, and equipment. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and configure systems while mentoring junior technicians.

Role requires leadership in commissioning, field device setup, and data reporting. You will collaborate with IT and stakeholders, review drawings, and manage change orders to meet customer timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience as a Controls Technician.
• Certifications in Tridium AX/N4, Distech, Siemens, and Schneider Electric systems.
• HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with control platforms (Siemens, Distech, JCI, Inet).

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, calibrate, operate, and repair control systems.
• Lead and train lower-level technicians.
• Set up and configure field devices.
• Perform functional testing and generate data reports for commissioning.
• Develop and implement change orders with project managers.
• Build and verify control panels and interfaces.
