Job summary

RoviSys Company seeks a Lead Controls Systems Engineer to design and lead building automation projects. You will guide a 2-5 engineer team, lead customer meetings, and assist with proposals while ensuring robust instrumentation and control designs.

Responsibilities include instrument selection, panel layouts, system configuration, startup, and on-site testing. Your work will drive project success and customer satisfaction across HVAC and plant utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field or related technical degree.
• 3+ years of experience in related field/industry.
• Controls experience with Rockwell, Aveva, Inductive Automation, or Distech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for a project team of 2-5 engineers.
• Lead customer meetings and assist with proposal generation by estimating hardware costs.
• Create instrument lists from P&ID drawings and select controls hardware.
• Configure DDC/PLC/DCS control algorithms and HMIs.
• Lead customer design review meetings and conduct site startup activities.
