OKX US is seeking a strategic operations professional to strengthen the first line of defense and serve as the bridge between the US business and control functions. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to optimize KYC/KYB onboarding, content governance, and executive reporting while driving growth with regulatory excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in fintech/risk operations, a builder mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

3+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Operations, Program Management, Compliance Operations, Governance, or Risk Management within fintech, crypto/web3, or heavily regulated financial services.

Responsabilidades

Partner with control functions across the US business, manage KYC/KYB onboarding pipelines and remediation, and align customer support with regulatory requirements.
Lead executive reporting for the US market and coordinate risk governance activities with the Risk organization.
Oversee cross-functional reviews of growth assets and marketing content; support first-line defense through policy and process governance.
