OKX US is seeking a strategic operations professional to strengthen first‑line defense and bridge the business with control functions. You will oversee KYC/KYB onboarding pipelines, risk governance, and cross‑functional content reviews for campaigns, launches, and communications.

You will partner with Product, Legal, and Risk to manage risk in new initiatives, drive executive reporting, and maintain policies. A strong growth mindset and excellent collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations, program management, compliance operations, governance, or risk management within fintech, crypto/web3, or heavily regulated financial services.
• Growth mindset with comfort in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments.
• Proven incident response, workflow mapping, and post‑incident remediation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build trusted partnerships across control and first‑line teams.

Aufgaben

• Support KYC/KYB onboarding pipelines and remediation; identify friction points and accelerate throughput between business units and Compliance.
• Coordinate risk governance and monitor KRIs with US Risk; assist in implementing the risk framework.
• Lead cross‑functional content reviews for growth assets, including campaigns, launches, and client communications.
• Align client support with regulatory requirements and streamline escalated workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Product to assess risks in new product launches.
• Lead executive reporting, policy drafting, and upkeep of operating procedures for the US market.
