Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, underwriting or operations.
• Ability to execute in a production environment with a positive, energetic attitude and strong self-management.
• Familiar with CreditCenter, GUS, Workplace and document repository systems such as EDR and Squirrel.
• Must have the ability to solve complex problems, be detail oriented, and demonstrate data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
• Supports monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and improvements for remediation.
• Implements optimized controls and QA practices to support business continuity efforts.
• Conducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness.
• Performs QA activities including executing controls, managing cases, and reporting results.
• Executes initiatives by identifying testing automation opportunities, procedural updates, trends, test script updates, and coaching for QA program success.
• Supports management of regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring reviews and evaluates data for dashboard reporting.
• Review documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• May perform peer reviews to confirm compliance with policy and procedures.
• Provide guidance and coaching on requirements to ensure adherence with internal policy and regulation.
