The role involves on-site leadership, coordination with multiple teams, and travel to customer sites as required to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with safety standards. The candidate will manage costs, change orders, and subcontractor relationships, while maintaining rigorous document control and reporting throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in building construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial accounting systems.
• MS Office, Project, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for assigned mechanical construction projects.
• Support sales and project development activities early in the TAS and development process.
• Develop project schedules and manage execution against plan.
• Review contract scope and pricing impacts of changes.
• Manage project costs, billings, and cash flow to ensure profitability.
• Oversee project documentation and compliance with safety requirements.
