You will drive design and implementation of integrated electrical and control systems, collaborating with sales, project management, and field staff to deliver value for clients.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on P&L, budgets, and schedules, while mentoring engineers and expanding a high-visibility line of business across industries.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration.
• 3+ years leading and managing a team.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming across vendors.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and resources to deliver projects.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Manage budgets and schedules for projects.
• Develop PLC/SCADA networks and test procedures.
