Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our team in the United States. You will lead design, deployment, testing and startup of control system projects, collaborating with customers and teammates to deliver robust automation solutions.

Expect travel and both onsite and remote support to ensure successful installations across client facilities. You will design and test control programs, develop documentation, and participate in startup activities, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience in the control system industry.
• Independent on projects with organized approach.
• Basic understanding of control system network topologies.
• Instrumentation calibration / startup experience.
• Live environment commissioning experience.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% (local with remote support).
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support project work from design through implementation as a team member.
• Develop/modify design documentation and testing scripts.
• Perform quality checks and bench test PLC/HMI/SCADA programs.
• Provide onsite and remote commissioning support and design changes.
• Coordinate with installation company on progress and QA/QC.
• Travel to client facilities for design, development and startup.
