Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to support design, deployment, testing, and maintenance of control system projects for multiple industries. The role involves collaborating with clients and team members, delivering engineering solutions, and traveling to client sites as needed.

The candidate will develop design documentation, perform bench testing, and provide on-site and remote commissioning support, with a focus on delivering high-quality control solutions and staying aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the control system industry.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% (mostly local with remote support).
• Ability to work independently on projects with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Support design through implementation of control system projects.
• Develop/modify design documentation and test scripts.
• Perform quality checks and bench testing of PLC/HMI/SCADA programs.
• Provide onsite and remote commissioning support and design changes.
• Coordinate with installation teams to monitor progress and communicate status.
• Travel as needed to client facilities for design, development and startup.
