Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of PLC/DCS experience in chemical plant design and operation.
• Experience with SILs and LOPA for safety integrity.
• Knowledge of UL/NEC codes for hazardous materials handling.
• Experience with instrument engineering and electrical schematics.

• Develop and support plant control system hardware, software, and field instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot control systems and implement corrective actions independently.
• Participate in design reviews and PHAs as required.
• Configure and program PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for plants.
• Work with hazardous chemicals in a manufacturing facility.
• Assist with design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, specs, and interlock matrices.
