Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced controls engineer to design, program, and troubleshoot PLC/DCS systems for production equipment at its facilities in Indiana. You will also perform instrumentation calibrations, component selection, and electrical drawings.

The role includes project coordination, startup support, and maintaining system documentation. Associates degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required, with 2+ years in controls preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or relevant work experience.
• Experience or background in Controls.
• Preferred - 2 years' related controls experience. Experience with Delta V, ABB Freelance, Dataparc, Allen Bradley PLC's

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions to production problems and improve plant operations.
• Participate in Safety, Food Safety, and Quality programs.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate projects from conception to completion with planning and scheduling.
• Create PLC/DCS programs and HMI screens for new or existing equipment.
