Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 7+ years of related experience, with strong ladder logic skills and Allen-Bradley PLC expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of electrical controls/system engineering experience.
• Strong ladder logic skills; Allen-Bradley PLC5, SLC, ControLogix 5000-5580.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and troubleshooting electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Familiar with installation, programming, and support of PLC hardware/software (AB, GE, Siemens).
• Testing and maintaining electronic equipment for use in manufacturing and power transmission.
• Identify network issues and troubleshoot conveyor systems, motors, drives, pumps, etc.
• Use computer-assisted engineering/design software to perform assignments.
• Evaluate components/systems to ensure reliability of turnkey equipment.
• Develop, modify, or write operator interfaces and platforms.
