Qualifications
- BS Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with AC/DC motors and drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Industrial automation experience with PLC, VSD, and SCADA systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of automation and control systems for metals industry applications.
- Lead technical projects with engineering teams and manage schedules.
- Develop and maintain standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
- Support sales with technical solution development.
