Job summary

ControlTouch Systems seeks a Controls Engineer III to lead all phases of control projects, from concept through commissioning and after-sales support. You will design electrical diagrams, program PLCs/ HMIs, and ensure project success on-site and in-office.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to travel up to 50% to customer facilities. You will mentor junior engineers and stay current with control technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PLC programming and control networks.
• Ability to read specs and develop complete electrical designs.
• Strong troubleshooting and field-support capabilities.
• Experience leading engineers on project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of control projects from concept to completion.
• Design and develop electrical diagrams and PLC/HMI logic.
• Coordinate on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Travel up to 50% to customer facilities and job sites.
• Mentor and coach junior controls engineers.
