Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Senior Controls Application Engineer to lead HVAC control projects from design through commissioning. The role involves programming in Tridium AX/N4, developing sequences of operation, and generating submittals and controller drawings.

You will manage on-site installations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects meet specifications, budget, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years of controls engineering

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of HVAC systems and controls engineering.
• Create engineering documents for system integration, including sequence of operation, controller drawings and submittals.
• Programming of controllers and graphical user interface in Tridium AX or N4 environment.
• Strong experience with Alerton products.
• Experience creating estimates for controls projects.
• Oversee the field installation of energy management systems per specs and quality control.
• Respond to customers with quotes, troubleshooting, and order closing.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors to maintain schedules.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution on-site to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Provide internal updates to other departments and management.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, or marketing events as required.
• Review project closeout documents and ensure customer satisfaction.
