Design Group seeks a seasoned Controls Engineer to lead I&C for AI-driven data centers in Texas. You will support BMS and EPMS, oversee engineering, procurement, system integration, on-site checkout, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for critical infrastructure.

Expect extensive onsite work, the opportunity to guide electricians and subcontractors, and contribute to the deployment of Ignition applications across multiple greenfield sites, with strong growth potential

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience starting up control systems with significant onsite time.
• Willingness to spend 75%+ time onsite and travel up to 100% or relocate to site.
• Experience with BMS and EPMS commissioning is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy BMS and EPMS for greenfield data centers.
• Lead point-to-point check out of devices.
• Configure communication protocols for equipment.
• Configure and calibrate instruments (meters, VFDs, etc.).
• Deploy and commission Ignition applications.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors onsite.
