Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking an EHS Analyst for our Jonesville, SC site. The role supports the development and deployment of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to achieve site and corporate objectives.

You will work with site leadership to identify EHS risks, drive improvements, and promote a zero-incident safety culture. This role involves employee engagement, training, and cross-shift communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety or environmental discipline is preferred.
• Experience or exposure to EHS programs and compliance management is desired.
• Active involvement with Emergency Response Teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of EHS programs to meet site and corporate goals.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify EHS risks and drive improvements.
• Engage employees across shifts through training and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate IH assessments and employee medical evaluations as needed.
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Assist with audits and ensure follow-through on findings like SWPP and SPCC.
• Monitor ISO 14001 actions and provide weekly status updates.
• Support Emergency Response Team activities.
