Qualifications

• 5–7 years of automation experience with HMI/SCADA/PLCs.
• Packaging/process controls experience in consumer products or beverage/food preferred.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and PanelView HMIs.
• Familiar with FactoryTalk, Intellution, Wonderware, and VisualBasic/C#/Java.
• Engineering consulting experience preferred.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.
• BS in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design automation control systems; develop project specifications, documentation, and drawings for high speed manufacturing processes.
• Participate in software configuration, testing, commissioning, installation, and start-up phases.
• Lead project execution including SCADA design, PLC/HMI programming, and site start-up support.
• Maintain and grow solid client relationships.
• Troubleshoot packaging lines, process systems, and software systems.
• Manage multiple project responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
