You will develop PLC, SCADA, and HMI, integrate equipment across facilities, and collaborate with process and mechanical engineers to optimize uptime and efficiency, while ensuring safety and cybersecurity standards are met. Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering.
• 5+ years of industrial controls/automation experience.
• Experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing or metals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for metallization and magnet lines.
• Program and integrate automation equipment across facilities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for uptime and efficiency.
• Implement advanced sensors, data collection, and process monitoring.
• Collaborate with process and mechanical engineers on equipment design.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.
