Qualifications

10+ years in PLC programming with Allen-Bradley controls and legacy PLC 5/ControlLogix environments.
10+ years in SCADA/HMI systems including WonderWare, PanelView, Ignition.
Experience specifying, installing, and scaling field devices (motors, RTDs, load cells, transmitters, valve positioners).

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and implement robotics projects across manufacturing facilities.
Provide remote assistance and troubleshooting for two facilities.
Maintain remote troubleshooting hardware and software at each location and create backups and disaster recovery plans.
Provide field assistance in periodic automation changes and tune-ups.
Complete automation projects involving upgrades and new equipment.
Lead automation on large capital projects.
