Job summary

ArchKey Solutions, a leader in electrical and integrated facility services, seeks a Senior Project Manager, Controls and Automation. The role focuses on Instrumentation & Controls projects, including Building Management Systems and Industrial Control Systems, with P/L responsibility and cross-functional leadership in Minneapolis.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with contractors and clients, and drive engineering support and cost control across project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Construction Management, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Attention to detail and quality across project lifecycle.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities to ensure conformance with specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and subcontractors to maintain productive relationships.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and engineering support for assigned projects.
• Estimate and manage multiple smaller projects and new opportunities.
• Authorize project personnel actions, including staffing, wages, and change orders.
• Negotiate labor-related issues with unions where applicable.
