Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC, based in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to lead and support the controls and automation business for industrial/manufacturing clients. The role emphasizes PLC/HMI programming and systems integration across Rockwell and Siemens platforms.

You will guide project teams through installation, startup, commissioning, and ongoing optimization. You will design control systems, develop standards and best practices, and provide on-site training and client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years lead systems integration experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with electrical codes and reading electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, programming, and commissioning activities, focusing on PLC and HMI across varied platforms (Rockwell/Siemens).
• Coordinate installation, startup, validation, and on-site support for automation projects.
• Develop engineering standards, best practices, and procedures; maintain documentation.
