Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large technology construction projects from inception to completion. The role covers estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, scheduling, financial oversight, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in PM, strong leadership, Proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, and BIM tools, and a willingness to travel as required by project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, PM, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with the project life cycle.
• Experience with estimating software; proficiency in Accubid; familiarity with BIM/CAD tools.
• Strong budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for coordinating diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large or multiple technology construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, design direction, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and subcontractors; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Direct project documentation, estimates, change orders, and cost codes.
• Guide hiring, coaching, and development of project staff and foremen.
