Senior Controls & Automation Technician (Day shift and Night shift openings)

Schedule

2-2-3 schedule with rotating weekends off, 6am – 6pm or 6pm to 6am

Responsibilities

• Support automation systems for manufacturing operations
• Configure and program Allen-Bradley Powerflex series VFDs or equivalent
• Troubleshoot/maintain controls systems (Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet)
• Modify and program (Fix32/iFIX HMI, SCADA platforms)
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain transmitters and sensors
• Audit, maintain, and update electrical documentation
• Read electrical schematics, process, and instrumental diagrams
• Troubleshoot and maintain SLC-500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree not required
• Strong mechanical/electrical background
