Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with accounting, finance or audit.
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field (preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Experience in financial services or banking, with credit card lending exposure preferred (recommended).

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis for closing.
• Analyze financial data and present insights to leadership.
• Identify process inefficiencies and participate in system improvements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and regulatory disclosures.
• Collaborate with finance and operations, mentor junior analysts.
• Coordinate with auditors and support regulatory reviews.
