Job summary

Eudia is seeking a Controller to own the accounting function and scale it for growth. You will run the monthly close, audits, and controls for the US business and consolidate financials for international entities and multiple units.

This player-coach role leads the accounting team while remaining hands-on, building policies and systems for Series A and beyond. You will own revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS and AI, draft memos for new pricing models, and partner with Sales/Legal on

Qualifications

CPA with 10+ years of accounting experience including Big Four background.
Hands-on controllership experience at a SaaS and AI company, building function from scratch.

Responsibilities

Own the close, the audit and the controls for the US business.
Consolidate and sign off on financials for international entities and multiple business units.
Lead intercompany accounting, eliminations and foreign currency across the group.
Build a fast, repeatable close calendar and deliver monthly financial statements.
Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS and AI pricing.
Prepare memos for new pricing models and policy ownership (commissions, software, leases).
Lead annual financial statement audits and design scalable internal controls.
Manage investor and board reporting and equity administration.
